Become a diversity, inclusion, and social justice warrior
.
For individuals: Racism. Islamophobia. Sexism. Classism. Transphobia. Homophobia. The list goes on. We are seeing a resurgence of -isms and actions designed to fuel those -isms. How can well-meaning people make a difference? By educating ourselves. By understanding structural and systemic oppression. By speaking up. By un-centering ourselves. By learning how to learn from those for whom we want to advocate.
For Organizations: The business case for diversity. Unleashing innovation through inclusion. Attracting and retaining diverse employees. Tapping the potential of a globally diverse work force. How can organizations make a difference? By considering diversity and inclusion two of the most important intangible assets they can have, affecting innovation capital, reputation capital, relationship capital, and human capital.
Patti Digh offers resources to both individuals and organizations around diversity and inclusion issues, creates customized interactive training, facilitates online learning programs, and helps organizations create inclusion strategies that get results.
