I help individuals and organizations become more innovative and successful by teaching them how to be inclusive and equitable.

Corporations, schools and universities, law enforcement agencies, nonprofits, and government agencies have all come to me to address their needs for diversity, equity, and inclusion in their spaces, stakeholders, and communities.

I create strategies that enable organizations and communities to address diversity issues at every level, involve departments other than HR where these initiatives are usually housed, and I deliver compelling training around diversity issues that is unlike any traditional training you’ve seen on these topics.
