The eagle has landed

Images Got an email late yesterday from my publisher that LIFE IS A VERB had arrived from the printer.

Boxes and boxes of books now sit, lonely, in a warehouse in Guilford, Connecticut, waiting to be freed, unleashed into the world. Wouldn’t a road trip to the warehouse be fun?

The 37-day countdown to the "official" pub date of September 2 begins this coming Sunday.

I wonder who will see the book first on a bookstore shelf? Send a photo of it if you have a sighting! As soon as I get a shipment of books, all the artists and poets featured in the book will get a signed copy, as will anyone who ordered through 37days.net – yippee! – and those who enter the "What would you do with your 37days?" celebration.

I do hope you’ll enjoy LIFE IS A VERB. It would mean a great deal to me if you did.
