Bookstores and book groups and readers of 37days are inviting LIFE IS A VERB into their community! As readings and book group parties and just plain people parties are announced, this list will be updated.

I’d love to meet you. And I’d hate to do a book reading to a circle of empty chairs. That would be so sad, wouldn’t it? I would cry and write really wretched Haiku about loneliness and rejection and Billy Collins and Mt Vesuvius and bad apples.

So I hope you’ll come and bring everyone you’ve ever met with you. Seriously. We’ll laugh and cry and pretend to be literary and urbane and younger than we really are. And I’ll wear my new happy shoes.
