NE stapler2

Red Stapler, Graham Gallery. Hastings, Nebraska.

I visited Angela Graham's art gallery while in Hastings this past June and fell in love with much I saw there. Including this fantastic, old red stapler I saw on her desk. The heaviness of it, the rounded lines, the color. Stapler as art against old brick wall.

  • This is a beautiful photo. Who took it? I love how the trim from the wall peeks under the silver of the stapler. Then the grain of the wood in the foreground and the brickwork in the background give the viewer even more horizontal layers. It makes me wonder if the entire room that stapler is in is made up of parallel lines!! Keep it up… xoxoxo tj in germany
