your daily rock : feel the rhythm.

The blood in your veins dances a sweet rhythm.

The birds flying by on their way South have their own rhythm.

The way your eyes fall on the face of your beloved–that’s a rhythm all its own.

Dare we dance?

As Jack Kerouac once wrote, “Jumping from boulder to boulder and never falling, with a heavy pack, is easier than it sounds; you just can’t fall when you get into the rhythm of the dance.”

It feels like he’s writing about life there–we are jumping from boulder to boulder with a heavy pack–we have to dance to stay standing.

Feel the rhythm. Let it sway you.

Love,
