Find 5 or 10 minutes today (or more if you can, but I know you’re busy on Facebook) to simply daydream.
Eyes open, or closed. Sitting or standing. Outside or inside, let your mind wander. Watch clouds, envision a change you want to make in your house, your body, your health, listen to the wind, watch the hands of the barista as he makes your coffee–whatever you can do, and will do, do it. Just let your mind go, like a stream in the woods.
Without a goal, without a way to measure it, without return on investment. Just because. Feel your mind wander.
