your daily rock : nothing is wasted

Things happen that we don’t want to happen.

We screw up.

We have regrets about decisions we’ve made or not made.

Sometimes it is easy to wish for all those moments to be reversed somehow.

But what I believe is this: It’s all free data. All of it.

The “right” decisions and the “wrong” decisions are just moments in which we have made the best choice we could at that time.

If we can learn rather than judge, nothing is wasted. It’s all just free data. About us, about the world, about how we respond to the world, about others. Free data is awesome. Learn from it.

Play to learn rather than playing to win and you’ll see that nothing is wasted.

Love,
