your daily rock : trust the angels

I am convinced we have angels all around us all the time.

They just don’t look like angels.

They look like librarians and baristas. They look like small children seeing a rainbow for the first time.

They look like the man you won’t look at who is begging in the median of the road.

They look like grocery baggers and CEOs and grandmothers.

They sometimes look like people you don’t like very much.

They look like you. And me.

And we can trust in each other.

Calling all angels.
