your daily rock : nurture your creative spirit

When we lose touch with our creative spirit, it’s because we’ve lost the capacity to play, to stand barefoot in grass, to blow bubbles, to explore what makes us laugh, and laugh, and laugh.

Fred Rogers (Mr. Rogers) knew what it was to tap into our creative spirit: “When we treat children’s play as seriously as it deserves, we are helping them feel the joy that’s to be found in the creative spirit. It’s the things we play with and the people who help us play that make a great difference in our lives.”

When’s the last time you played?

Love,
