your daily rock : this is the time of your life

Regardless of your first reaction to this daily rock, this very moment is the only time of your life. It’s the only one you have. The next one? Not guaranteed.

What happens if we opt for the first reaction, “YES! IT IS!” every single day, even the hard days, the despairing ones, the panicky and hopeless ones. Especially those.

As author Annie Dillard wrote, “How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.”
