Did you know dancing is really, really good for you? By increasing the number of neural pathways, dancing provides your brain with multiple ways to access information, instead of just one way. If we put on our boogie shoes while we make breakfast, for example, our brains are going to age better, not to mention how great it feels. Imagine if we dance every day, even for a little bit?
