Incredible

ChrisjordanSent by my friend Kim, this is amazing. Too many times, the visual display of quantitative information doesn’t work. Even Tufte pales in comparison. Go, see.

  • Wow, those ARE incredible! As one of the recycling coordinators for my campus, I’m going to share that link with our Recycling Club. Really drives home the extraordinary excess and waste in this country.

This work is so astonishingly good that it classifies nearly everthing else happening in this area in different flavors of sameness, which is a true sign of genius or inspired creation. Really. I’ve looked at gobs and grosses and thousands of images displaying data and nothing, really, quite comes close to Chris Jordan. Thanks very much for this link!
