and, above all, gratitude–the capacity to be thankful for love, kindness, Thin Mints, and laughter.

Every moment, every success, and every obstacle is our teacher: let’s be grateful to them.

Do you have a mindful gratitude practice? Try writing down 5 things you are grateful for each day as you prepare to sleep. It will change you. You will focus on looking for things to be grateful for during the day.
