You know the answer.

Some days it really doesn’t feel that way. It seems like everyone else knows, but you don’t.

Some days it’s really easy to doubt yourself, to wonder where to look for answers.

Some days it’s too easy to ask “why” you feel a certain way–asking “why” can invalidate the fact that you do feel that way.

Some days it feels like you need to travel to Oz to find what you’re looking for.

But you don’t.

All right there, inside you. Be still long enough to hear what your heart has to say.
