your daily rock : live deeper

Diane Ackerman has written, “I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I lived just the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well.”

And the depth of it.

What does it mean to live deeper?

Some might say it means to dig harder. I think it means to dig less and be more present where you are.

Some might say it means to seek more answers. I think it means to ask more questions and have that be enough.

Some might say it means to eschew things on the surface of life. I think it means to find meaning in those things.

How will you live deeper?

Love,
