your daily rock : make people smile!

When I travel, I play a game in airports where everyone looks serious and stressed and late or disconnected.

It’s a really simple game. And it takes my mind off of my own delayed flights.

I just count the number of people I can make smile or laugh.

It becomes a great adventure, a direction of intention. I love the victories! Even just the small, tentative grins, and especially the big belly laughs.

Some people resist smiling, and that’s okay. Others? A connection through that beautiful uplift of a mouth, a crinkle of the eyes, and sometimes, even, the noise of laughter in the din of the terminal.

As Mother Teresa said, “Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.”

How many people can you make smile today?

Love,

When I travel I gift attractionCARDS as I go (a set of 88 inspiring messages in a box). It is amazing the response we get especially in airports and other frenetic environments. It takes so litlle to shift energy and make poeple smile!
