let your life be a painting, let your life be a poem.

(This photograph was taken at one of my readings in my hometown last year–of my first boss, Mrs Barnett, who announced to all who would listen that she was page 80. A story about her is on page 80 of Life is a Verb. She passed away last month.)

  • What a lovely little tribute to Mrs. Barnett. If the day ever arrives when I need a cane, I will attach to it a sunflower.

  • re-read page 80-82…thanking God for angels like Mrs. Barnett and you, and also for my own chance to be an angel for others whenever I can. This life can be so good.
    Happy 01022010 !
