simple saturday. happiness flow chart.

HappinessSometimes life is simpler than we make it out to be.

It seems to me that we are always in choice. Even when circumstance throws us unhappiness and misery and more, we choose how we are in that circumstance.

Sometimes the change we need to make is a very simple one. And sometimes it is more complex.

Are you happy? Do you want to be? Follow these instructions.

The flow chart makes it look so easy. Realizing that change is often the path to true happiness is actually rather difficult. Complacency and the status quo appear easier than what might be perceived as an arduous journey through the unknown. I’m in the midst of making a change now that will help align my life with my heart. When you know what you want the rest of your life to look like, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible!

This chart is great. However, it’s lacking an arrow from “Change Something” back to the main question “Are you Happy?” Just as Acausal Connection stated above, complacency and status quo appear easier, thus we must always in a constant process to keep asking this question.

  • This chart is great. The font and graphics reinforce the simple message. I could look at this all day…thank you and happy creations from tj in germany

  • Sometimes the simplest of things are the most daunting. If someone can embrace the simplicity behind one choice, one direction, it can change your world. Thank you Patti, I think this poster may be sent to the top of the heap – to the fridge it goes!

  • Great reminder that sitting still without reflection simply fails over time. Love the chart.
