Where did Day Nine go?

CLOUD-NUMBER-NINE(2) See? This is what happens when you're not paying attention. The day slips by. Day Nine is gone. Filled with good, fantastic things, but gone. And without a walk (my challenge to myself).

I'm going to practice not beating up on myself today. I'm going to practice standing back up and walking. Here's to Day Nine. It was a fine day, a day in which I made decisions that felt like they were made for me. But I made them. I slept an extra hour. I chose to.

How was your Day Nine? And Day Ten? Day Ten is a nice, round number. Here's to Day Ten!

  • Well good for you for owning up and outing yourself. ;o) And, for putting away the hammer. That’s a little harder to do.

Day Nine had some complications for me in the form of my Mother visiting, however, I planned ahead and managed to get everything accomplished. Yay.

Tomorrow may be a bit more challenging…

i’m really glad to hear about the extra sleep- you need it!
i think it’s necessary to take a day off now and then. my challenge is going pretty well here. but i actually started before you made it a challenge. i decided on my birthday that i will do some yoga every day. and i’ve kept it up most days! but on the days i miss, i don’t beat myself up.
i’m just doing the best i can!
