My slightly winded, Zen self

AJC Imagine my surprise to wake up in Atlanta on Saturday morning to find myself on the front page of the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

I like the headline: "37-Days Challenge. Author: Pick Thing, Stick to It."

And an even bigger version of my slightly winded, Zen self on the front of the Living Section.

AJC2 If you're in or around Atlanta, I hope you'll join me at the Georgia Center for the Book tonight where I'll read from Life is a Verb.

I’ll be there! I was so excited to see that you’d be at “my” library. It was great to see you on the front of the AJC Saturday, too. The article was a good introduction of you to anyone who hasn’t already been enjoying you. I check in every day to “37 Days”. You are such an inspiration! My favorite is “Bust Your Toast Rules”. I have that in my favorites so anytime I need a good laugh I can read it again. Meg Telligman

  • How cool is that!? And very deserving, too.

Something tells me a spot on Oprah may not be such an outlandish idea, after all…

  • You’re in the best spots in the paper! Well deserved.

I was at the library last night. I totally get your humor and irreverence. Thanks. Glad I found you.
