Violate the learner’s expectations

Antique_radio_microphone My colleague and friend, Jeff De Cagna, has re-posted a podcast he did with me last September in anticipation of my appearance at the Great Ideas Conference next Monday in Miami. The man asks good questions in his fabulous radio voice; I thought you might enjoy it.

The other keynoter for the conference, Dan Roam (author of the best-selling business book, The Back of the Napkin), is also featured on Jeff's post in a separate podcast–you might appreciate his thoughts on visual thinking, a subject near and dear to my heart. I'm sneaking down to Miami early just to hear (see?) him speak.
