Finding the comfort of our own wisdom

Jenloudenpromo9 Jennifer Louden’s work is not a stranger to many of us.

A fan of her work, and the ways in which she leads people to the comfort of their own wisdom, I was humbled by her interest in Life is a Verb and by her kind words:

"I adore Patti Digh’s book Life is a Verb: 37 Days to Wake Up, Be Mindful, and Live Intentionally. I love her writing, her depth, her sizzle. This is a book that makes me sing with life and the possibilities we all have for transformation and awareness. It is the best antidote I’ve got these days for the pain and fear raging around us- that and loving hugs, long naps, fervent prayer and letting myself feel whatever I’m feeling."

My thanks, Jennifer, for your generous spirit and kind words. Visit Jennifer’s blog to see which parts of Life is a Verb she most resonated with and chose to focus on during her time on the LIAV Blog Tour…

  • Hi Patti,

I bought LIAV yesterday, based on Jennifer Louden’s blog. Wow! Thank you for such a wonderful book! I’m looking forward to the next 37 days! And, hopefully, to a few more periods of 37 other days after that!

    ~best!
