It’s somebody’s birthday today, now isn’t it?

On planes all day (finally here in the gloriously brisk weather of Estes Park, Colorado, having seen both Cincinnati and Denver before 10am), so I haven’t had an opportunity yet to wish a happy birthday to someone who shall remain nameless and who turns 45 today. If you look closely, you can see his "Patti forever" tattoo. Break out the "Chocolat," it’s time for a movie marathon.

I’m just sayin’.

Wow, Estes Park. Never stayed there during late spring, early summer. How are the trails right now?

A bit of personal history. My mother (um, I’m not a kid anymore but am middle-aged) usually rented a house there during the winter months. Think the locals usually said “fuck winter, spring’s where it’s at)

So I visited her there once or twice. Fond memories.
