Burn those jeans

LeviIn the July issue of the fantastic Skirt! magazine, you’ll find a 37days essay, urging us all to renounce unreasonable goals by burning those jeans.

It was originally posted here. I hope you’ll enjoy it (again?).

  • Ah, to burn those “jeans” and allow for reincarnation into something that not only fits but is also comfortable. No wasted life when we accomodate to our actual waist! Thanks Patti.

  • Great article in Skirt – I love Skirt & had to share the article w/fellow coaches b/c of the fact that many of our clients come to us feeling that they have to obtain a specific goal that is virtually impossible, in order to be happy. When in actuality it is what the goal represents that we often yearn for – and those things we can consciously learn to incorporate more of into our lives – example…more freedom, joy, strength etc.

Keep up the great work & I look forward to reading more here on your blog :)
